Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.As we deal in digital services, once a project/campaign has started, no refund will be processed.

2.In case of cancellation before the commencement of services, partial refunds (if applicable) may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

3.Our services are digital in nature (SEO, Ads, Marketing, etc.), hence once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be provided.

4.If a cancellation request is raised before the service is started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

5.If the service could not be delivered due to any technical issue from our side, a full refund will be processed.

6.Any approved refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
